Näyttely

Näyttely was the inaugural exhibition organized by AALTO's fashion department to showcase student work. We were tasked with designing, producing, and building the entire show using exclusively reclaimed plywood sourced from a local construction site.

Drawing inspiration from the rugged industrial setting of the show's location, we curated an adaptable tile system that functions as both shelving and hanging display. This modular approach not only created a versatile exhibition framework but also presented the reclaimed material in a way that celebrates each individual panel as a unique piece with its own character and history.

The system transformed discarded construction materials into a cohesive yet flexible display solution, allowing each piece of reclaimed plywood to tell its story while contributing to the overall exhibition narrative.
